Merlin offers returns, within 30 days of purchase, on many of his products. You are required to purchase return shipping and insurance, and products must not be opened or used. We actually stock most of the products we list on our site. We do sometimes drop ship instead of sending from our location because of quantity ordered, closeness to your location for faster delivery, or temporarily being out of stock and not desiring to hold up your order. We do our own processing and shipping; this enables us to normally fulfill your order within 36 hours. We try to ship the same day we receive your order if at all possible.
** Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on many products in the 48 contiguous states only. Because of program limitations, if your location is international, the cart may still tell you "free shipping." This is not the case. Please contact us for international shipping rates prior to ordering.
